Have you ever thought about what is one dish you could eat for the rest of your life and still be happy (albeit perhaps with a shorter life expectancy)? My one dish would be ramen. If I could be the lead singer of a rock band, it would be called Ramenhead. I once had a vivid dream where I was bathing in a hot tub of ramen. Ramen is always at the top of my mind and at the bottom of my stomach and luckily, New York has an endless supply of ramen shops to satisfy my cravings.
