Unfortunately, I wish the ramen was just as unique as the atmosphere. The noodles are on the thin side and feel sparse particularly with such few toppings (ramen only comes with scallions and spicy paste without paying extra). The broth is good but not nearly as flavor as other shops and I left still feeling hungry.
What I have ordered: Tonkotsu egg, Classic Tonkotsu Ramen with recommended additions
Average price per bowl: $18.90 (but includes tax and tip)
Inside scoop: The atmosphere is super unique. You are given the option to sit at a cubicle by yourself with a curtain in front of you so you can’t even see who is serving you. Everything is ordered using call buttons or placards with minimal interaction with another human being. Tax and tip are included in the price too.
