Fort Greene

This neighborhood Italian gem in Fort Greene spins out very seasonal (the menu changes from day to day) and super fresh pastas. I ordered the rigatoni with duck ragu and shaved truffles which was decadent to say the least. The pasta my friends ordered with alaskan crab and uni was equally delicious. The pasta itself was on the grainy side but had a great chewy al dente texture and was packed with flavor even while balancing the more subtle notes such as saffron or farro. The restaurant itself feels upscale yet effortless and there are plenty of dogs to stalk. It's also pretty easy to get a reservation off Resy...at least for now.
