NoMad

No.7 Sub is a tiny sandwich shop right next to the popular Ace Hotel which dishes out a series of offbeat sandwiches and plates. The space is very small so it's most a pick-up lunch spot but it makes up for its size in flavor. I ordered the Bob Genghis Khan sandwich with crispy chicken, Mongolian bbq sauce, smashed avocado and pickled jalapenos which turned out to be enormous and very flavorful although the bread could have been a bit warmer and crispier. Ask for hot sauce on the side! The No.7 Sub Club was a little underwhelming in comparison but is perfect if you're just looking for a classic deli cold cut sandwich. I'd like to go back and also try the Broccoli Classic sandwich with broccoli, mayo, lychee and feta or the broccoli taco. It's very vegetarian friendly and a great place to do a quick pickup lunch.
