Sipsak has been on my list for a long time because it's meat dumplings (manti) are on the grubstreet list of best dumplings in NYC. Similar to dumplings in Budapest served with goulash, the dumplings were very small and tiny bits of meat unlike Asian ones. The star of the show was really the yogurt sauce with a healthy dose of chili oil and dill which was delicious with bread they also serve at the table. Overall the dish was surprisingly light and I'd like to come back here to try a different Turkish delicacy next time.
