Pop-up Locations at Markets (regularly at Smorgasburg)
With the summer ending, I finally got to try one of the most hyped up foods of the season at the Atlantic Antic street fair this past weekend. Pop Pasta produces the pasta donut. Yes, you read that right, a donut made of pasta. What could not be amazing about that? Well turns out with the red sauce one I ate, it was honestly a mediocre and under-seasoned dough bit of pasta dried into a donut shape. As I ate it the texture grew on me but like the ramen burger, outside of the satisfaction of stripping away the noodles, the blandness and lack of flavor profile doesn't make me want to order it again. Try it for the novelty but save room in your stomach for other things
