Hell's Kitchen
Saltenas are like wet emapanadas. The outside is crunchy but the inside is filled with a super flavorful meat stew that while dribble all over the place and burn your face if you don’t nibble it from the top down. The cilantro sauce they give you along with the saltena is also delicious. This little stand in the turnstyle of the Columbus circle stop seems very low key but this is my favorite quick snack in the entire area.
