What was originally a popular food cart has turned into a store turning out the most delicious arepas I've had so far in the city. The cakes are crunchy and chewy, the filling is generous and salty, the sauces were flavorful and tangy, and everything brought me back to Colombia except it cleaner and more delicious. Although caracas may have more interesting choices in filling and prettier decor, this arepa can't be beat.
