Midtown

A slightly more casual spot amongst the Boulud empire, DB Bistro is a good spot in midtown for a business lunch or dinner and it's never overly crowded or loud. All the entree's I've had there have been good (albeit nothing mindblowing) such as the steak frites and the coq au vin. The thing that this place is really famous for though is the original DBburger filled with braised short ribs, foie gras and black truffle which is every bit as over the top as you'd expect it to be. Unfortunately I was not even able to really taste any of the individual flavors but the burger was decadent and juicy. Although I have never been, this place also does breakfast.
