West Village, Soho, Flatiron, and Williamsburg
This fast casual spot always has a long line with carnivores and vegans alike and for good reason. Out of all the fast casual vegetarian places I've tried in the city, this is my favorite. It's expensive even by nyc standards but the food is really flavorful, the oven-baked fries don't taste as healthy as they are, the beet ketchup is great, and the sweets are also decadent. As a hardcore meat eater, I was left feeling satisfied but not overly full.
