I came here to sample the 28 day dry aged beef potstickers but stayed for the sweet chili ribs. Although the portions at this place are pretty small for the price, the potstickers had a notable funky/blue cheesy taste which lived up to expectations and after finishing the ribs which fell off the bone, my appetite was satisfied. My only wish is that they gave you more potstickers or made them bigger and that the ribs weren't completely drenched in sauce (although the cucumbers help balance them out). Definitely something different if you are looking to try a very unique but delicious dumpling.
