East Village

Tucked away in the basement of the cultural center, this is a hidden gem right next to the late night staple Veselka. The Ukranian staples such as stuffed peppers and cabbage are delicious but come here for the perogies. With extremely doughy and soft skin and hearty potato filling dribbled with onions and butter and served with a side of sour cream, fried or boiled these are delicious.
