What I had: white chocolate cranberry
The cookie was large and fairly crisply around the edges. The cranberry and chocolate within the cookie gave texture however the cookie itself was on the cake-y side with a lot of butter and a very soft rather than crumbly texture and the chocolate wasn't gooey. It tasted premium but didn't have the crispy/gooeyness of an insomnia cookie nor the decadence and thickness of a Levain and was left somewhere i nthe middle in no man's land.
