What i suggest: ube
This is one of the prettiest soft serves I've ever seen (albeit very artificial looking) and it has a very soft texture with a creamy, slightly sweet flavor similar to taro. They also have a sesame flavor which you can swirl with it. This this is also very filling as far as ice cream goes.
