Yes they are pink. Yes they are delicious. Momos are a Nepalese version of the dumpling generally filled with beef. They have a strong meating flavor and thicker/chewier skins but are shaped like soup dumplings and steamed. The version at Woodside Café has a mind-blowingly good curry-like sauce that smothers them in its savory/creamy embrace.
