Flushing
To be fair, I was so full from my eating excursion in flushing that by the time I got to Tianjin in the Golden Mall, I could only eat a few dumplings and then bought a bag of frozen ones for further sampling. These dumplings have fairly thick skins and tend to be a little smaller than the ones from Tasty Dumpling. The filling is very flavorful without being overly oily. This is a goldilocks dumpling: not too thick skinned, not too fatty, and best served boiled. You can also customize them with whatever filling you want.
