Tasty Dumplings

Chinatown

The classic cabbage/pork dumplings are good whether they are steamed or fried. The skins run on the thicker slide but the pork on the inside is super fatty and flavorful. The pork and chive and pork and dill are also very good options. Definitely pick up a bag of frozen ones to take home to throw into ramen, soups, or eat by themselves. Boiled dumplings are generally ready when they begin to float. For frozen dumpling frying directions see the kitchen hacks post here.

What I ordered: pork and chive

Price: $1.25 for 5
