Although this BYO spot is famous for its Chicken Tray, I highly suggest getting the dumplings to accompany as well. The dumplings have a really unique scallion flavor and the skins are medium thickness with good chew and there is plenty of chili oil to accompany putting them somewhere in between a Chinese dumpling and a Szechuan wonton.
