Absolutely a hole in the wall where it will be difficult to find a spot to sit. Lam Zhou is famous for its noodle soups but the fried dumplings here are also delicious and stick together for dear life until you break them apart with your chopsticks. The chili oil and sauce they provide is just the right amount of spicy, sweet, salty, and sour and I could easily eat 12-15 of these.
