Definitely not your dollar slice kind of place but the pizza here is amazing. The crust is crispy yet still pliable so you can fold slices in half but Rubirosa’s sauces are really what makes these pizzas special. Particularly, the tie-dye pizza gives you a little bit of everything and but the fresh pesto in it stands out. Although reservations are generally needed for peak times, there are plenty of bars around the area if you wait. There is also fantastic pasta and appetizers here as well and the lighting is perfect for a romantic date especially if you get a bar seat.
What I ordered: Tie-dye, vodka, sausage
Average price per pie: $18-$28
